China in sl is not a good thing. There rates have been ridiculous and they dont even allow the local flag to be raised. That is why following a change im govt they nearly cancelled the future port as prev pres had shifted to china away from us-india. However chinese have recognised this and been less ambitious u could say. Chinese involvement needs to treated with caution.
