@insaf thanks for your comments - i know what feeling like jumping off a cliff is all about, but have done quite well since joining HC a couple of weeks ago. Thanks to the help of some of the contributors to the forums. But I am also still getting used to some of the acronyms and terminology...such as FA, DT (day trader?), TA (technical analysis?), ST (short term?)....

It looks like MRF is now settling down to normal trading conditions, but this will become a medium to long term holding from now on, for me.
