    Hey Happy new year. Pivalde I think it is not about avoiding the period of morbidity, but to compress it to a short period at the end of life, while extending life and quality of life right up to the end. For sure IMO PBT434 could be a part of that. Tanzi did say 130y should be possible. If that quality life extension is possible then many more will go by other causes.
