All of these are mitochondrion related diseases, and there are more of these as depression, stroke, COPD etc. The decline of our health starts already when we are under 60y. PBT434 will not work in each of these but at least in some of these IMO.
It looks to me that Dr Sinclair has made a very good deal and unfortunately and fortunately we Prana's owners need to accept this deal in spite the dilution of our ownership is big.
