however - "sometimes" mr market looks for stocks with high operatopnal leverage to a "cycle" ......
this one does have that .......albeit as a much diminished size post the asset sales ........
I (personally) don't think it will generate much cash until utilisation >> 70% ......
what that means for the bal sheet.......remains to be seen (aka refi)
