Olderwiser. They don't ignore the flow rates. They assume that they'll get better as the project progresses. This is a new project and the wells at Tamarama are proof of concept. I don't think its biased to assume improved flow rates from better designed future programs.
Santos has seen massive improvements in costs and productivity in this area. I'm sure RLE can benefit from much of their work.
