I agree with MAtt777.

Not only because of the huge NTA discount - deeper all but one other REIT (and most with less deep discounts are already in breach!), but IIF's SP was deliberately being supressed by someone.
The asset base is also completely different from the other REIT's that have crashed, as it still has a huge balance sheet - around 4.5b assets versus 2.5b debt (very rough figures). Also the only large industrial REIT.
