3c would only represent cash backing. And they know how to hold onto their cash. Maybe they should look at what can be done with such cash instead of throwing it away on wildcats ..... take a squiz at LCK (nee MTN) ........ a backdoor of a private energy earner into an MTN cash shell with only 5 mill at the time saw 3 - 30 overnite.
