not sure if anyone has commented, but the breal fee is evidently 1% of transaction value.
thats what $300,000,000 plus!
it seems a lot.
it cannot be to cover costs of the bid, because even paying the lawyers lunches, it would not amount to $300m.
clearly the breakfee of that size is to frighten away any competing bidders?
