It could be something to do with the fact that KML would not exist if not for Ansteel financing. They may have struck a deal on the price that the KML sells the Ore to Ansteel. If that is the case not only have they taken a majority shareholding but they have also hamstrung the company so that they cannot sell to open market and must sell to Ansteel at a much reduced price. That would be very worrying for the future.
