Have mainly followed copper and gold stocks in last 3 years so am familar with what grades are good and what are not as good re these commodities and relationship to size of resource.
I assume the same applies with iron ore. So in this regard is the conceptual grade of 31.4% Fe based on the similar quality to the Balmoral South deposit of ARH an issue when most of the better grades are above 55% Fe ?
Does the ARH market cap suggest that because of the size of the resource being over 1 billion tonnes that 31.4% Fe is acceptable and economically viable in the current environment ?
Can anyone elaborate ? With the current prices of iron ore, are 30% grades now becoming viable where in the past they would be be viable or economic.
