The expectation with Karonie is that it is partly tied with the success of BRB's bombora.

There had been an expectation with Bombora that the JORC would yield 1m ozs or greater. It came in at 2/3rds of that, with inferred and indicated being about 50/50. The result disappointed the market.

The critics and analysts descended ed on BRB HC today to tell the holders why it was bad. It's worth reading all of the posts to get a handle on JORCS and mining a gold deposit, open pit v underground.

BRB still has much drilling to do. It's early days. It is not yet known how big the mineralised area is.

Anyway, the good news, still, is that it's a new discovery, and ALY is in the hunt to find one too.
