Well I assume given SLA were the first to notify the other party of the dosute and are the ones who are letting their lawyers do the talking on their behalf, that they are the ones who didnt breach the agreement.

Whether that is true or not remains to be seen of course.

The gun owned at least 5m SLA shares as at last annual report date, and BPO and SLA own each other's equity, so its all very messy.

I wonder if you can read anything into the fact that one side is happy to take your questions on the matter and the other isnt? SLA arent the most communicative company at the best of times...

Neither party needs the distraction (and legal fees) so lets hope it all gets sorted sooner rather than later
