Well I still wonder how shareholders must be feeling with BPO spending its little cash left on lawyers over a case that is at best a 'slight' chance of success. Going off the back of one patent attorney... BPO have an uphill battle trying to prove that SLA's CGNC is close enough to identical to the cheaper alternative for SLA to have misrepresented its uniqueness.
I wonder if BPO will still be a going concern if the case does go to trial and drags on for 12 months.
Wonder how much more dilution shareholders will accept at sub 1c.
