MEC Resources just responded confirming that BPH is NOT a registered shareholder of MEC Resources:

I hope no one was investing into BPH based on the shares that BPH announced it had in MEC Resources as per the BPH Prospectus (Ref 1) and the Appendix 3B (Ref 2).
