I think Phua is in so much sheet up to his eye balls that neither the asx or asic will let him be the decision maker and potentially have access to so much money. Turbo, I hate it when ignorance is covered up with people playing the race card. You can get away with that somewhere else but not on HC. Keep to the facts please. This is a race neutral site so just post on merit. Look at the facts and then make an informed decision. I will leave you with this. They have been testing their software for over a year now. That would have to be a record and also highlights the crap code behind the exchange. This is a classic to fall over and cause a lot of grief. Track record of Phua and Bpg is nothing short of appalling.
