Looking in perspective, I was very happy with the decent amount we received from that sale.

But, we can't forget that it was IVA that put the pressure on the Board to give us more money, It wasn't their (The Board) own initiative.

And, looking at it now, if IVA wasn't to put the pressure on them, we could have been even worse off than what we are now.
