I think that is is too harsh on GL or the management team to be blamed for "selling out too cheap".
everyone must remember that it was IVA that started this.

I can't imagine trying to run the company if SOL got +35% at 19c which they would have.

If that had happened, the share price would have tanked and effective control would have fallen to SOL. Then SOL would have "mopped up" the rest of us at an even lower price.

THAT WAS NOT IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE SHAREHOLDERS

So yes it is dissapointing that the management team was put in this position, but that was IVA's doing not theirs.

But this is what happens when a large holder needs to exit, and does it in a distructive way
