Well I have been doing some digging in to the current status of the Citic project.
Major steps still to complete.
1, Electric power line from station to processing plant.
2, Slurry pipeline from processing plant to port.
3, No one I spoke to at Citic was able to give me a start up date and cost per tonne.
On the positive they all said the project has Chinese government approval, hence why all the additional funding and concern about loss of face has kept the project alive.
PS I now expect WW2zombie to say things like, who are you, who have you spoken too and was he the toilet cleaner on site?
