According to CUE's 2009 annual rpt(pg 60), the Artemis permit(WA-360-P) expires on 31-01-2012

MEO's farmin with CUE/Rankin Trend(MOG) requires MEO to "commit" to drilling a well by 01-01-2010, or 100% of permit reverts to CUE/RT(MOG)

Imo, it all falls into place for MOG if MEO announce a farmout on good terms.
Everything else, Albers rejigging the conditions etc, is secondary and arguably irrelevant if MEO don't close.
