It is possible MEO may not be able to strike a deal that suitsthem and if that was the case I am sure MOG would have little trouble with their RI as they with CUE will have a greater bargaining position than MEO has had.
However if MEO cannot strike a deal in the near future I believe they will be looking at a RI and drilling themselves!
