    Based on the numbers above and the facts, Moby is in a win/win situation. If MEO fails, the MOG and CUE will have more "fat" to negotiate with as per the hypothetical above. If the MEO news is bad, whilst it may not spike, it certainly wont tank like MEO will as you suggest.
