With a couple of weeks since the "indicative" offer the silence has been deafening - both from Arrow and BOW.
The good news is that Arrow's offer is apparently still active with the current share above the proposal suggesting the market is expecting more.
The not so good news is any rival bidders are being lethargic in coming forward.
My guess is there is an awful lot happening behind closed
doors and the next anouncement will have a lot more substance to it. The wait is frustrating but it's better to wait than being hit with an ESG scenario.
