Seems like out of all the potential suitors no one was willing to come to the party, well not until the first deal was on the table. Which is understandable.

I don't think anyone can be upset with how this has proceeded to date, BOW didn't roll on the initial offer, but instead have gone out to the other parties and done the 'shop' thing. Now they have stitched up a slightly higher deal from Arrow, albeit less than what the share was trading at last week, and the remaining suitors now have their chance to put their money where their mouth is.

Interesting times ahead.
