TBE, I sure do remember that RPM rip off. It was one of the worst deals I know of. Preying on an out of date CEO Siller. In real estate you would be put in jail.
I remember Ron being very very disappointed at not acheiving top value for RPM. So, how do you think he thinks about selling at 14 cents/GJ after all that work he has put in into putting BOW on the map?
And that is the reason why, imho, " Subject to a superior offer, and to an independent Expert's valuation" was mentioned FOUR times on page one of their "agreement".
ps Should have got a 20 bagger out of RPM. 5 hurt.
