A lot of brokers have RMD at 5.25 to 5.75 intrinsic value so it can't stray that far from those points. If it does then it is probably a signal to take an over weight position..of course check that the fundamentals and positive market drivers are in place.
RMD is currently experiencing tax time selling as investors would have lost money on this fella when the recall was annouced in March 2007. Wait for rebound post tax time when the same investors will be jumping back on the same band wagon.
