Contrary to public opinion there are plenty of community centres, in-house centres and non ABC centres. There are @ 120 within a 2km radius of my house in Toorak. I have a database in front of my listing all of them (part of a marketing project I'm working on).
Non profit makes more sense. The ROA doesn't stack up for corporate investment.
