    Here's a startling fact ....

    according to its balance sheet IVA has property,plant & equipment valued at 155m yet the current market cap for the whole organisation is 123m !!!

    even when you total all assets and subtract all liabilities you get a net figure of 214m

    Imagine you could buy the company and immediately shut it down and asset strip it for a 100m profit.
