Considering that there seemed to be a leak prior to the MEO announcement about a delay in the negotiations during which it was heavily sold down (75c to 67c one morning). I would suggest the same people in the know then may start buying when there are indications that the MEO deal is done and close to an announcement. MEO, MOG and CUE. Just a theory, but the both MEO and MOG are certainly bullish at the moment.
