Yeah, I guess, but cash is concrete 75c now vs $1.10 in cash - 45 days then shareholders receieve $1.10 equiv in cash or a M & A. in excess of a $1.10 valuation. Taken on face value, its a gimmee. Big difference - around 45%. I took a few more today.
