Neither Mr Eutick or Mr Lee will get my vote for re election.
IMO, there is a big question mark over what value Mr Lee brings to the Company and as far as I'm concerned Mr Eutick can go as well.
I consider Mr Eutick to be either unprofessional or simply arrogant because I sent him an email not that long ago voicing serious concerns about PI88 and the composition of the board. As a shareholder who bought in because of PI88 I was/am pretty cheesed off with the bungled Phase III trial. Given the gravity of the situation I felt I should have got at least some sort of reply, well Mr Eutick didn't acknowledge my email in any way, shape or form. Thanks Mal
Maybe he thinks shareholders, the real owners of the Company, are just a pain in the proverbial ... you know what. I wonder what goes on in his head, does he think that if he ignores shareholders they will just quietly endure this sort of behaviour. Not me!
Anyway, we now have an opportunity to vote. As a shareholder I won't waste this opportunity to exercise my right to vote. Don't wait until the AGM to vote, it's important to do it now because by voting now it will be on public record whereas voting at the meeting generally is a show of hands. One hand = One vote. I want my votes against Mr Eutick and Mr Lee to be on record as evidence of my concerns.
Sorry Mr Eutick & Mr Lee, I think we deserve better.
Cheers Boomer
