k273, having given it further thought, I am sure you were right, it can't be 50%, it has to be a typo, it had to be 5%.

An I will disagree with Milsonsp, more because I can't think that this board hasn't covered their basis, than for any other reason.

I own AVX and PGL shares, and just want the board to get on with running the business and making this merger work - rather than going for other rounds of politics and all the rest of it. They are just too small organisations to afford wasting their time like this.
