Re Cytopia, I can't believe one second that before making the final decision the PGL board didn't consider in details a number of merger options, including the one with Cytopia - if not, they should be sacked as a matter of urgency.
Therefore, I expect them to explain in very clear and convincing terms why the merger with AVX is a better option.
Going on and on forever is so damaging for all parties.
