Sorb I am basing my statement about fees in the current environment from the latest presentation:

Page 26: Significant increases in wage and on-costs without corresponding fee increases.

However you are right about the fee increases because reading it again they also say on slide 21 that fees were increased in Jan 08 and will be increased bi annually going forward. Their presentations are always so ambiguous.

As for the CCB it would need to increase substantially to have any impact and if those increases were absorbed by fee increases there would be hell to pay.
