Three things imo :
-looks very cheap on a PE ratio (4.16 @ Fridays close of mid $1.40's . Obviously that is a PE now in the 3's .

-no debt, $66 million in the bank, over $30 million in receipts last quarter .

-I would say NXS and AZA will do a scrip swap now . NXS paid up to approximately 1.70 for AZA shares when they were buying . I really doubt whether they will sell them at a loss .

I reckon this looks good Macrae . Wish I could join you but on other boats atm . Good luck .
