not so sure about your prognosis!
if you have a close look at the chart at last results, it's a real eyeopener.
even with a record divvy of 46 cents, it took a dive just after results, then gained a couple % leading up to ex divvy, but the trouble is it tanked by 80 cents after ex divvy.
Grossed up 46 cents divvy equates to only 66 cents.
in other words, it might be a better proposition buying in after ex divvy, as long as your taxation situation is all OK!
