I have made good money on big corrections of late, and the subsequent bounce. (HDF, NWH, TSM, HFA, FPA to name a few.)
All these companies had good revenues, but were hammered by the current economic meltdown and their lowered profits or losses.
Have a look at any of these share prices today...They are all recovered big time.
If this company has a strong product (which it seems to), good growth history (again it seems to) and good management (can't tell for sure), then they will bounce back and fast.
I mean come on, a market cap of $14 mil when they are saying they will make more than that in annual profit...
Seems the debt is the worry for todays investors dumping, but $42mil (covenants or not) is not all that much compared to some of the other companies out there.
This is a buy, as long as they can settle any covenants issues.
