1. WAF is not just an 'explorer' any more, it has funding to build a mine.
2. It has already made a decision to build a mine
3. VEC has (60%) of an indicated and inferred resource. WAF has an economic reserve with capex and opex costs. Blindly comparing market caps and some JORC numbers does not constitute a peer comparison.
