Yeah I've looked at Orezone a few times to test if a 'district scale' is possible. The problem I see is that even though the ounces are there on paper when you look Orezone's project it is very low grade and needs a big processing plant (4.5Mtpa). It wouldn't make a lot of sense to process the ore through a central processing plant like Sanbrado.
That's not to say that Orezone can't make their own way but a tie up probably lacks commercial/technical 'synergies'.
