    Yeah I agree with your assessment. I was just guessing based on a stock standard kind of premium. I wouldn't vote for a 1 for 12.

    Even 1 for 10 is probably light, but it's hard to underestimate the lure of money in the pocket right now at no risk vs waiting out our development period.
