Was mainly one big crossing at a lower price, they are trying to keep the vwap down for when the TO happens. There is nothing surer than this being taken over, the strategic location is worth far more than just this company market cap.
Expect the same thing to happen here, most likely instos working together playing swap....you need to understand the whole market is fake, insider stuff is systemic throughout the market, always has been but easier now it is all digital.
