Back Of Envelope ... so uses nice round numbers and innumrrable assumptions such as the POG and expenses will inflate at exactly the cost of money, 100 pc recovery etc, etc.....
Current prob reserves 2.4 mOz... so 25% = 600k
Infrastructere already accounted for and paid by current mine npv.... so deducting the cost of capital from aisc at standard 0.3 gives AISC attributable to vertical extension 500.
1350 -500=850*0.6=510 mill
It's NOT meant to be substantiated, it's meant to illustrate that the 'open at depth' means further reserves add SUBSTANTIALLY to the bottom line, not prorata.
