Well there you go - not only did they complete the wrong form they filled it out incorrectly - or so they say. Should be fined for making misleading statements IMO. ASX -come on you toothless tiger...
Now they don't need to announce when they sell the remainder of their stock - just had to put in the announcement that they will be continuing to sell over the next few weeks. If that isn't a blatant downramp by a publicly listed company I don't know what is. Purposefully advising the market that there is the potential to pick up stock at lower prices because they are selling is as unscrupulous as their original low ball offer.
I will now be sitting in the depth rather than looking to buy at current prices...
