Yeah - and DUO filed the wrong notice - should have been a Form 605 "Ceasing to be a Substantial Holder". A time of the announcement they only owned 3.73% having reduced their holding from 5.30% and no longer a substantial holder.
Has me thinking that they may have sold the stock to newly listed Eclipse Uranium which they hold about 38%. Would have cash from listing in Feb 2011 ($3.5M) and we all know DUO doesn't.
Just a thought....
