For what I know and interpreting the Dow theory, the chart is saying "sexy" ;-))
Dow believed that the true value of a stock is when price movement is accompanied by large volume; just like in Sandy's chart with the huge green rectangle box for the month.
We shall see whether this century old theory is still valid.
