It was only a matter of time before the take-over theory was raised again as the reason for PEN going nowhere. If you dig deeper, who'll find many other crystal ball gazers don't say/think, much of PEN either. Just my opinion, 'maybe I'm wrong'.
Looks to me like the SP is starting its return journey to my 'buy in' target. Toot toot.
