For me is just a case of US strategic reserves being drawn down into enriched uranium-235 isotope, before being made into pellets that are loaded into assemblies of nuclear fuel rods. My feelings are this is just a US National Security issue that’s incorporated within the department of defense, look what happened when Russia turned of the gas to Ukraine in the past!! if anything this strengthens S232 implementation. Interesting times, doesn’t create more surplus as the US buys in reserves for National Security at any given time, IMHO... ;-)
