If URA bailing is a sign of stability and optimism, why did this not materialise when they dropped 90% of their holding last June? Why is the final 10% the "important bit"? Finally, why does the exit of a substantial holder create certainty, which you imply is a good thing? Seems to me that this is a bad sign. Would you be singing the same hymn if it were RCF or Pala?
