    Its over sold, obviously. URA caused uncertainty. Certainty has been established with ura out. Momentum has turned and will drive sp. Np doubt resistance will be met. Im backing pen and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Someone is trying to drive the sp down, thats a positive on my check list. 

     if it does touch 15c again ill become a major share holder. And ill bet i see it coming before you do.
