Nobody is ramping but forgive us for being positive about an investment, after all surely we invest based on the positives and we are aware of the obvious risks. There are plenty of ramped stocks around if you wish to police them, I can point you in the right direction and most are dogs.

There are multiple ways to sell power/gas in Botswana the easiest and most straight forward option would be by the tender that has been put out by government (substantially increased by government off their own backs).
Now, since you have no idea how a staged and modular approach works and despite having been told the benefits of previously we won’t go over the same ground again.
Perhaps I can refer you to McDonalds and their recent venture into deliveries. Now who would have thought a blue chip like McDonald’s valued at some $141billion would trial the idea around the globe (including UK albeit on a select regional outlay). Surely with revenues of some $25bn they could afford to pay a few extra wages and buy a fleet of scooters, it would be a drop in the ocean no?
It isn’t about who they are, in the case of Tlou they have no revenue so debt based lending on a smaller scale would be obviously cheaper than requiring 10x the amount upfront to carry out a venture which is a first in country.
Where is the rush? Who else can deliver the rest of the 100mw in the mean time? Nobody, not for another few years anyway so why rush and increase risk?
